Kol Sasson: Making beautiful music for over 20 years

Kol Sasson is a Jewish a cappella group at the University of Maryland. We’ve been around since 1997 and sing a mix of English/American pop, Israeli pop, and traditional Jewish music. We’re currently comprised of 11 UMD students who love singing and sharing our music with different communities. Every year we go on a spring break tour to a different part of the country (past tours have included LA, New York, and Miami), so stay tuned to find out where Kol Sasson is traveling for Spring 2019!

Since being founded, Kol has recorded EIGHT original CDs, including our newest Earthquake! We’ve performed throughout the country for audiences of all ages, from religious school children to senior citizens. Kol Sasson has also performed at many wonderful events over the years including the International Hillel Summit, the White House Hanukkah reception, and the Holocaust Memorial Service at the NSA.

Click on any of our tabs in the side menu to see our members, view our current song repertoire/CDs, and learn how to connect with us to sign up for a workshop or even book Kol Sasson to sing for YOU at YOUR EVENT! 🙂

We look forward to performing for you!
