Shirin Amchin is proudly the only Jewish Kentuckian on the Universityof Maryland campus! When she's not singing at the weekly barn dances,she likes to play viola (a bigger version of a fiddle), perform inmusicals, and go cow tipping with her friends. She spent the year inIsrael for her freshman year. Now she's just working on escaping herSouthern Belle roots.
